Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Onsite (Mon–Sat, 1 Rotational Off)
Hiring for inbound voice processes – SBI Renewal, Domino’s (JFL), and Gynoveda. Handle customer queries, renewals, and provide support in English or regional languages.
Shifts:
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Any 9 hrs)
• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9 hrs)
Eligibility:
• 12th Pass/Graduate
• Age: 18–35
• Freshers & Experienced (6+ months BPO preferred)
• Avg to Good English OR Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Kokani, or Gujarati
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹21,000 (based on shift & language)
