Requirements:
● Ecommerce, Product Support experience preferred.
● Minimum 2 year of experience in a call center environment
● Good communication skills with fluency in English
● Experience servicing a Domestic customer base
● Should be able to read Rules & Penalty.
● Able to learn new process quickly and adaptable to change
● Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a calm, customer-focused approach.
