Job Description
We urgently need 2 Customer Service Executive to be posted in Kolkata.
Skill - Any graduate, with fluency in Hindi & English and presentation skills.
Exp - 0-2 years
Salary - 15K in hand
Shift duty - 6 days week, with alternate night duties
Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Interaction & Query Resolution

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers.

Understand customer queries and provide prompt, accurate responses.

Assist customers in product/service inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering quality service.
B. Complaint Handling & Escalations
-
Record customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.

Escalate complex issues to seniors or relevant departments when necessary.

Ensure proper follow-up on unresolved queries to achieve customer satisfaction.
C. Order Processing & Service Support

Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, cancellations, and returns.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Update customers regarding product availability, billing, and service timelines.
D. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain accurate customer data and update records in the CRM system.

Identify potential opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services.

Build rapport with clients to increase loyalty and long-term engagement.
E. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.

Document frequently asked questions and create knowledge base materials.

Share customer insights and feedback with management to improve products/services.
