Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team
Stay up-to-date on company products and services
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous customer service experience preferred
