We are hiring Customer Service Executive for Hamiltons Company in Ghansoli.
Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Handle complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
2. Order and Service Management:

Assist customers with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling orders.

Process returns, refunds, or exchanges following company guidelines.

Collaborate with logistics, sales, or technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
3. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in CRM systems.

Prepare periodic reports on customer service metrics and suggest improvements.
4. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Participate in training programs and team meetings to improve skills and service quality.

Provide feedback on customer issues and service processes to management.
Skills and Competencies:
