Job Description

Hiring for the profile of Customer Service Executive. 
Candidate should have 1 Year of Experience into Customer Service. 
Shift timings - 24/7 (With one way cab facility)
Week offs - 2 Rotational off

Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Manage Inbound calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
  • interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

 

Required skills:

  • Good typing Speed.
  • Good English Communication Skill.
  • Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face (depending on company setup).

  • Listen actively to understand the customer’s issue, concern, or feedback.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Provide detailed information about products/services, warranties, billing, delivery, and return policies.

2. Complaint Handling:

  • Handle complaints, even those from difficult or dissatisfied customers, with patience and empathy.

  • Record all customer complaints, feedback, and interactions in the customer service management system or CRM.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when needed, following standard operating procedures.

3. Order and Service Support:

  • Assist customers with placing new orders, tracking existing ones, or making changes/cancellations when required.

  • Ensure timely processing of requests related to services, account updates, or technical assistance.

  • Liaise with internal departments like logistics, billing, or technical support to ensure seamless service delivery.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

  • Generate and submit reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, or product/service trends.

  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and share recommendations with the team lead or manager.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with customers by providing consistent, high-quality service.

  • Proactively engage with repeat customers or high-value clients to offer assistance, upsell services, or address any issues before they escalate.

  • Ensure all customers feel valued, heard, and respected in every interaction.
