ABOUT THE JOB: We are hiring friendly and experienced people to help our health
insurance customers. If you’ve worked in life or health insurance before and can speak clearly and confidently,this job is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer queries related to health insurance policies
• Assist in policy servicing, claims, renewals, and issue resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up where necessary.
WHO CAN APPLY:
• Must have completed 12th (HSC)
• Must have 6 months of experience in life or health insurance
• Must have good communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of health insurance terminology and processes (TPA, policy issuance, claims, underwriting)

Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems

Good typing speed and email drafting skills

Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
Communication Skills:

Fluent in English, Hindi and local language

Clear and empathetic voice with the ability to explain medical/insurance terms in simple language

Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Soft Skills:

Patience and emotional intelligence, especially while dealing with distressed customers
