Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.

Generate and develop new prospects through calls and follow-ups.

Understand the prospect’s requirements and provide relevant information.

Explain available courses, career opportunities and counselling details.

Schedule counselling appointments and encourage prospects to visit the academy.

Follow up with existing and older leads to generate appointments.

Maintain accurate lead and call records.

Regularly update the status of calls, follow-ups and appointments.

Work towards achieving daily and monthly call, appointment and conversion targets.
