Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) to join our BPO team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide program information, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into successful enrollments.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and application status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in voice process, tele-counseling, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and a student-first approach.
