Job Description:

Voitekk SoftSol Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Executive for our Diagnostic Process – Aglius. This is an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Assist customers with diagnostic service-related queries.

  • Provide accurate information and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates welcome

    • Preference for candidates with experience in sales or BPO roles

  • Communication Skills: Average communication skills in English and Hindi (V3 communication level)

  • Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Job Details:

  • Shift Timings:

    • Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    • Evening Shift – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

    • (Shift rotation every 15 days)

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off

  • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

  • Interview Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Salary: Up to ₹18,000/- per month
