Job Description:
Voitekk SoftSol Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Executive for our Diagnostic Process – Aglius. This is an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with diagnostic service-related queries.
Provide accurate information and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates welcome
Preference for candidates with experience in sales or BPO roles
Communication Skills: Average communication skills in English and Hindi (V3 communication level)
Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Job Details:
Shift Timings:
Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Evening Shift – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
(Shift rotation every 15 days)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Interview Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹18,000/- per month
