Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process orders using RF scanners or computerized systems.
Inventory Management: Organize and stock shelves, label products, and conduct routine shipment audits.
Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload delivery vehicles while verifying quantities, lot numbers, and paperwork.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure packages are undamaged and meet company standards before they leave the facility.
Customer Support: Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and transport teams to resolve delivery delays or order discrepancies. [1, 2, 3]
Key Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment.
Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP) and shipping/inventory systems.
Physical stamina, with the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy packages frequently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
