Job Description
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat
Provide accurate information & resolve issues effectively
Maintain proper records and update systems
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Basic computer knowledge
