Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Executive – Voice Process to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience via inbound or outbound voice calls.
This role is suited for individuals who are excellent communicators, problem solvers, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The position may involve handling domestic or international calls depending on the company’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Customer Queries via Voice Calls:

Attend inbound calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries, complaints, or support requests.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer feedback, or resolving pending issues (if required).

Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout the conversation.
2. Provide Accurate Information:

Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions based on company guidelines.

Explain product features, services, offers, or billing information clearly and accurately.

Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to higher-level support or technical teams when necessary.
3. Maintain Records and Documentation:

Log all interactions, call details, and resolutions into the CRM system or internal databases.

Ensure that customer records are kept up to date and error-free.

Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution where needed.
4. Meet Performance Standards:

Achieve daily/weekly targets related to number of calls, resolution rate, average call handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Maintain high First Call Resolution (FCR) scores and contribute to overall team KPIs.
5. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

Adhere to predefined call scripts and guidelines.

Handle sensitive information and customer data with confidentiality and compliance.

Stay updated with product knowledge, new features, and internal process changes.
