Job Description
Candidate Profile: Speaking with Customer’s and resolving their queries (Inbound & Outbound)
Interview module: 3 Rounds ,Screening ,HR and Ops Round
Salary CTC: 18000 to 32000/-Take Home: 17103 to 30000/-
Plus unlimited incentive based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Handling:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Provide information about products, services, orders, billing, account status, warranties, or company policies.

Assist customers with complaints, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate unresolved cases to senior staff or departments.

Use positive language to manage dissatisfied callers and de-escalate tense situations.

Log all interactions accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to existing or prospective customers for:

Follow-ups on queries, support tickets, or service requests.

Feedback collection and satisfaction surveys.

Payment or appointment reminders.

Product promotions, upgrades, or upselling services.

Clearly communicate offerings and benefits and handle objections calmly and convincingly.

Maintain call records, outcomes, and lead status in the database or CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships.

Handle repeat callers with familiarity and professionalism.

Promote a positive brand image and help retain customers by offering personalized service.
Data Entry and Reporting:
-
Update customer information, call notes, and ticket resolutions accurately after each interaction.

Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection regulations during information handling.

Generate daily/weekly reports on call volumes, customer issues, and resolution rates.
Team Coordination:
-
Coordinate with other departments such as technical support, billing, logistics, and sales to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.

Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings as required.
Process Adherence and Improvement:

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and call handling guidelines.

Share suggestions for improving call scripts, FAQs, or service processes based on customer feedback and interactions.
