Job Description
1. Assist the student/teacher representative who is genuinely excited and confident to help parents/teacher resolving their queries in a new-to-the-world online platform
2. Manage class rescheduling requests and handle database and coordinate with the tech team to execute this in the backend to manage ongoing classes
3. Make daily trackers for student/teacher operations team as well as manage daily inbound/outbound email flow
4. Communicate with customers via phone and email
5. Maintain the documentation and communicate the same to stakeholders by recording customer queries and details
6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

1. Should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. The ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
5. Must be able to multi-task
6. Remarkable detail orientation for making accurate trackers
7. The ability to analyze large amounts of data
8. Competent time management skills
9. Must be self-motivated
