About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing solutions to different problems of clients by taking the help of different internal tools and stakeholders
2. Working one-on-one with customers, helping them to get the most out of Exotel
3. Ensuring that all the related notes/call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients
4. Maintaining our knowledge base
