Job Description
1. Own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial
2. onboarding and training, increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, and
3. ongoing customer satisfaction.
4. Act as the customer's first point of contact
5. Help customers maximize the value of the product with absolute
6. knowledge of the product
7. Work on high levels of quality customer engagement to ensure they reach success as
8. soon as possible
9. Approach actively growing the community of customers
10. Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the sales team
11. Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide
12. Manage CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer
13. success
14. Help monitor customer health through available metrics and assessment and
15. carry out follow-up actions as necessary

1. A professional with 1-2 years of client-facing experience
2. Excellent communication skills & demonstrated interpersonal skills
3. Meticulous, multi-tasker & works with a calm and level headed manner
4. Working knowledge of CRM tools
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
6. Ensure timely reporting of activities and results
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
