Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding through the duration of their subscription period
2. Provide product training to enable the customers to realize the potential of TheHouseMonk
3. Identify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to the customers
4. Build value-based relationships with customers and conduct strategic business reviews to understand customer lifecycle milestones
5. Drive customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, customer meet-ups; and create a center of excellence within the customer's organization
