About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Act as complete back end support for the customer interacting teams.
2.Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with internal teams.
3.Provide accurate , valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to the customer interacting teams.
4. Keep Records of internal interactions , process customer account-related information in the backend.
5. Take the extra mile to engage with internal teams.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to update the customer interacting teams.
