Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure achievement of sales targets assigned to the store
2. Ensure minimizing of costs by controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly to avoid shrinkage in the store
3. Build relationships with customers and understand customer needs and recommend products
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to and standards are maintained
5. Ensure merchandise is handled correctly through the correct stock management processes
6. Handle the responsibility of cashiering as and when needed
7. Follow company processes and guidelines for store operating procedures
