About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build a local sports project (LSP/commercial policy) to make sports accessible to as many as sport users in the catchment
2. Manage overall Omni business for sport
3. Interact with like-minded sport users and customers with the objective of satisfying or satisfy user
4. Choose the product range as per the catchment analysis
5. Work on being accountable for merchandising and stock of the sports territory
6. Work on piloting, budgeting, and PnL for the sport (margin, shrinkage)
7. Guarantee the result of my economic performance with the right forecasting and analysis of the results
8. Practice a sport a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
9. Build a sports community in the catchment
10. Mediate between user and country sports leader (feedback)
11. Update the planner including events, workshops, and leaves
12. Recruit future sports leaders with the help of the coach
