About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing incoming calls, messages, and customer service inquiries
2. Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
4. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
5. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
6. Handling email and inbound queries via calls, email & chat
