Customer Service Job in HOOAH at Delhi

Guruji Astro is an online platform for astrology and Kundli predictions from the best astrologers in India. Users can talk to astrologer on call or chat live. They can also opt for a complete annual astrological report or just post a question on astrology. Astrology questions could be on any subject from marriage, love life to career or health.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer complaints and pitch our product to the customer on calls
2. Ensure a good experience for our customers
3. Respond to customer inquiries promptly
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints
5. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Other requirements:

-Candidates with prior customer service experience would be preferred
-Must have excellent verbal English communication skills
-Candidates having the ability to speak Hindi and Kannada would be an added advantage
