Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking care of client's issues/queries and helping them shortlist and hire a freelancer easily
2. Taking care of freelancer's issues/queries and helping them build their profile on the platform and earn
3. Responding to support tickets and resolving the user's problem
4. Giving support to users over different digital mediums
5. Helping in increasing the number of happy and satisfied users by resolving their problems on time
*Should have a laptop
*Currently, the team is working remotely. So, you will be working from home for now until the office is opened.
