Job Description:
- On Pay roll of : ALK Talent Search LLP
- Deputation: Client Side
- Joining Location: karolbagh, Delhi
- Role: Customer Service
- Experience: Min 1 - 5 yrs.
- Salary: 25k
- Candidate will be able to handle customer complaints and resolve customer querries and attending calls of customer and helping them to assist in using Udaan app and website and about purchasing and punching and orders.
- This post require only female candidates who shoud be proficient in Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-5 years Category customer service experience (preferably in a B2B OR Retail environment)
- proficiency with computer software tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
