Job Description
- We’re looking for the dynamic team mates who pride themselves in online content management on various ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra, eBay, Alibaba etc. and meet the following requirements for our projects:
- Provide Customer Service online and over the phone in accordance to the company’s guidelines
- Create listings on the ecommerce sites as needed, ensure products are accurately priced, described, photographed, updated and in line with trading at all times
- Monitor and optimize live listings and make suggestions to improve listing performance
- Experienced in uploading existing and new products including regular updation on online platforms
- Preparing and submitting MIS reports, queries to the Management on timely basis
- Ability to work under strict timelines and strong adherence to set quality and accuracy standards
- Minimum 6 months experience of handling E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc
- Good communication skills in English (written & oral) is a must
- Detail oriented with good Microsoft Excel skills would be a plus
- Full-time opportunity
- Day shift with Sundays’ off
- Easy Selection Process
- Any working day (Monday - Saturday) between 11 am-4 pm.
