Key Functions:
- Ascertain and verify user and applicant information received via online form
- Conduct research to check user authenticity
- Follow up on call and email with client colleges and universities
- Capture specific information based on client guidelines
- Regularly update internal sheets and maintain quality guidelines
- Understand, evaluate and respond to queries over call and email
- Streamline communication between applicants and colleges to ensure smooth admission process
- Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to business needs while meeting the company's quality standards
- Provide weekly reports to business team about reachable & verified applications
