Hala is India's first 100% electric multi-modal ride-sharing platform aiming to move India toward sustainable mobility.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle calls regularly of the after-rent services function
2. Manage telephonic interaction with the customer on queries, issues, etc.
3. Send daily call completion report to the supervisor
4. Handle social media platforms and reply to queries of the customers on the social media platforms

Who can apply
