Responsibilities:

- 1. Work on customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
- 2. Explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
- 3. Cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
- 4. Coordinate between the customer and lenders to update the status of the requests
- 5. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
- 6. Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
- 7. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
