About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help customers via chat, email, and call
2. Work on inbound and outbound calling
3. Manage email and WhatsApp support
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
5. Handle and resolve customer concerns
6. Maintain an accurate record of discussions or correspondence with customers
7. Follow-up on customer interactions
8. Maintain customer databases
9. Direct unresolved issues to the designated resource
