About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attending customer calls for servicing water purifiers (water purification systems) on-field with senior technicians and learning the job
2. Attending service calls on-field and closing customer complaints as per the assigned complaints (within 5 km radius)
3. Maintaining high customer service satisfaction and transparency

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 18th Mar'21 and 22nd Apr'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should be ITI or 10th passed

2. Should be able to speak English, Urdu, and Telugu

3. Should have a two-wheeler (this is a field job)
