About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding all services currently offered by the organization
2. Responding to customer inquiries over the phone, in person, and via email
3. Understanding customer spares needs and generating quotations
4. Processing purchase orders and handling payment follow-ups
5. Discussing with clients to evaluate needs and recommending appropriate services
6. Developing and maintaining customer relationships
7. Performing regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
8. Resolving client issues over the phone and via email
9. Creating regular reports on service levels and requirements
10. Maintaining customer visits database and reports
