Job Description

About the internship
The intern would assist the sales and the operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day processes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Promptly responding to client queries
2. Informing clients about the status of their work
3. Keeping a record of sent and received client files
4. Keeping records of all the edits required in those files
5. Handling any other miscellaneous tasks allocated by the operations managers

The position requires excellent communication skills and a firm command of the English language. As this is a full-time position the candidate is required to respond to client queries throughout office hours.
