Job Description

To assist customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc. on social media ,
To manage Social media (facebook, twitter, Instagram) and App queries

Shift timings -9:00am to 6:00pm
Transport Facility -Pick & Drop from Thane Station
Salary Range -19,000 - 22,000 (Net)
Weekly Off -6 working days with 1 Rotational off (Sunday fixed working)

Rounds of Interview -HR , Written Test,Operations.
