Job Description
1. Work on overseeing the customer service process
2. Work on resolving customer complaints, timely follow-ups when required, manage a database of all transactions and interactions
3. Create policies and procedures for tracking the pick-up of samples, keeping the track of all reports
4. Work on planning the training and standardization of service delivery
5. Work on possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
6. Work on escalating unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal

1. Must be a graduate
2. Must have good listening and problem-solving skills
3. Must have good interpersonal skills (knowledge of conflict resolution technique preferred)
4. Must have knowledge of CRM system and basic computer skills
