Job Description
1. Generate sales leads
2. Work on documenting customer interactions accurately
3. Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email, and text
4. Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines
5. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

1. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Proven customer support experience
3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
5. Comfortable using computers
6. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
