About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make Outbound calls to customers to take feedback from a customer success point of view.
2. Monitor/follow up with multiple stakeholders over mails/ calls to ensure on time delivery and fast resolution on issues.
3. Providing customer escalation resolution within specified TAT
