Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, or technical support
Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions for customer issues
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed
Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies
