Job Description
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
I build my Local Sports Project(LSP)
I interact with my customers and users to help them to choose the right products.
I take full accountability for Stock Management, Merchandising, Piloting & PnL for my sport(Margin, Shrinkage, inventory)
I give regular IDMs and be equally demanding with the team.
I decide the best range as per my analysis (Range optimization)
I prioritize Commercial Dynamism aligning to Economic, Strategic, and Human Performance.
'I do, what I say'-- I take responsibility for my actions and I challenge myself and achieve my ambition
I give regular IDMs to my coach & I am demanding with my team.
I will develop myself and will recruit future OSLs.
Update my planner including events, workshops, and leaves.
I practice my sport at any given level of expertise (Beginner/Interim/Expert)
