Responsibilities include:

1. Answering calls from customers, noting their distresses or queries and provide necessary solution to them by connecting them to the right resources as per the procedure and protocol
2. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
3. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
4. Building relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability
5. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
6. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may best suit customer's needs
7. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
8. Adhering to all company policies and procedures and not to share process & protocols with any outside party
