Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage relationships with Paid customers at NoBroker
2. Cultivate sustainable and trusting relationships through open and interactive communication
3. Identify and evaluate customers' needs
4. Assist customers in finding the right tenant/house according to their requirements
5. Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers and leads
6. Utilize internal tools and methods to deliver optimal service to customers
7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers
8. Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their accounts
9. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
10. Go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service
