JOB Description

Role: Customer Service : candidate has to respond to queries of client in English and Hindi

Qualification :  Any Graduates

Experience: Freshers or experienced

Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)

6 Days working

Rotational Shifts : (9 hr shift between 7am – 8pm ) ;

Work from Office

CTC : Upto 22,000/- per month*

Quarterly Bonus : 3,894/

No. Of requirements : 50

Interview face to face 

Interviews are daily : Monday to Saturday 9am to 4pm

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
• interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
