Job Description

The Incumbent will be responsible for:

Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
Maintaining the AHT for the process
No target.

Candidate should have the following:

Basic knowledge of Health Insurance
Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi
Should be a graduate at-least or final year result awaited or final year persuing.
Experience in voice process preferred
Knowledge of any regional language would be an advantage

Nearest Metro Station- Noida Sector 16
Roaster Off will be there. (No fixed off)
No MTI Issue.
6 days working
Night shift is only for Male candidates.(the shift timings are as per the metro)

Salary: Up to 18.5 K / Month
