Job Description
The Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
- Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
- Maintaining the AHT for the process
- No target.
Candidate should have the following:
- Basic knowledge of Health Insurance
- Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi
- Should be a graduate at-least or final year result awaited or final year persuing.
- Experience in voice process preferred
- Knowledge of any regional language would be an advantage
- Nearest Metro Station- Noida Sector 16
- Roaster Off will be there. (No fixed off)
- No MTI Issue.
- 6 days working
- Night shift is only for Male candidates.(the shift timings are as per the metro)
Salary: Up to 18.5 K / Month
