Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls.
- Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products.
- Identify customers’ needs on every requirement with the quick response time.
- Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
- Any Graduation
- Experience – 0-2 yrs
- Any telecom, banking and finance BPO will be suitable
- Graduation is a must.
- Should have Excellent communication, writing, typing & presentation skills.
- No Night Shift & No Field job
