Job description:
  • Customer on boarding through various channels.
  • Rigorously follow up with the loan application leads generated through various sources and ensure maximum conversion.
  • Pitch products offered by the company to the prospective clients and resolve any customer query regarding the eligibility for loan.
  • Coordinating with lending partners to get loan application status for the clients.
  • Obtain important information from the borrowers regarding their business/work and collect various loan application status for clients.
