- Designation: Customer Service Officer.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling / Voice process.
- Role: As a CSO, the individual will take care of Sevice for Loan Products.
- Day Shift role.
- The candidate will be involved in domestic tele calling process.
- No Cold Calling involved.

- Good communication in English is mandatory.
- Good communication in Hindi is mandatory.
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in tele calling.
- Banking / Insurance process experience will be an added advantage.
