Customer Service Officer
Job Description
Hiring for the role of Customer Service Officer. As a customer service officer, you will handle customer grievances and queries, guide the customers as per their needs, forge healthy professional relationships with the customer, ensure a healthy and conducive branch banking environment.
Process customer cash deposits and withdrawals, cheques, transfers, bills and credit card payments, money orders, certified cheques and other related banking transactions.
Obtain and process information required for the provision of services, such as opening accounts and savings plans and purchasing bonds
Minimum H.S. Passed and Graduates.
Immediate joiners are preferable.
Candidates aged 18-30 only.
Salary 12000 to 25000
Good communication and basic computer knowledge are a must.
