Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
3. Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process
4. Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
5. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times
6. Building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction
