Summary
Summary
- Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
- We need an enthusiastic individual who can provide a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
- The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in industry knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
- Process administrative paper work for clients looking to register their commercial vehicles.
- Call clients (based in the US) to perform inquiries on outstanding paperwork or answer client inquiries.
- Answers incoming calls regarding issues, service questions and general client concerns.
- Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Update information in the customer service database / report during and after each call.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on industry knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
- Establish and manage communication with corporate, clients, staff and management.
- Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
- Ensure effective telephone and email communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
- Coordinate meetings with the US team.
- Participates as needed in special department projects.

- Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- Currently we have one full time position open.
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST (7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. IST) Days and hours of work may vary, and you must be available to work occasional holidays.
Required Education and Experience:
- BS / BA
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
