Respond promptly to customers / carrier / drivers’ inquiries via phone, email,
chat.
Handle and resolve customer / carrier / drivers’ complaints with professionalism
and empathy.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
Provide product or service information to assist customers / carriers / drivers in
making informed decisions.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies when interacting with
customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery service.
Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, customer
satisfaction, and resolution
